My Personal Trainer
I have probably already told you about my new workout video game that I got for Christmas, but in case I haven't, let me enlighten you. It is called Yourself Fitness and its AWESOME! It's like I have my own personal trainer. I have a profile that I virtually have to do a fitness test for when you begin so that she can get an idea of what level you are at. When I say "she", I mean Maya, she's my personal trainer. She recommends the appropriate workout for me based on my fitness test and how long and how often I should workout. As motivation you unlock different scenery that she works out in as well as different music when you exercise on the appropriate days for so many days in a row. Each day she may recommends a different focus for you and every 10 workouts you have to do the fitness test again to update your progress.
Yesterday she recommended I do lower body and today I want to hurt her :) My legs and rear end are killing me! It hurts to sit down. My workout schedule is 30 minutes 5 times a week and my focus is Cardio. You can put in if you have any of the following equipment also: hand weights, stability ball, or step and she will incorporate them into the exercises. The program also has menus and meal planning that you can do, but I don't really use this part since that's my job and I can do it myself. Anyway, I really enjoy my Christmas present from my hubs, it was my favorite gift and I thought I'd just share a little bit of it with you all.
