Work on Saturday...blah!

So today I had to work. Yes, that's right, I have to work Saturdays even now that I have a "real job". And I thought for many reasons that it would be no big deal. First of all I went back to work from a whole week off on Thursday. Second, it's New Years Eve, how many people will really come to the hospital on the holiday? Well my Saturday just about kicked my butt. I saw 14 patients, which I know to most of you that doesn't mean anything, and for those of you who do know what that means it may not really seem like that much. But needless to say I was moving all day long and I sat down for about 30 minutes to eat my lunch and have a brief conversation with my hubby. So now it's new years and I'm exhausted and cranky, luckily I got to take a brief nap before heading out to party, hopefully I will make it to see the ball drop.
